We had a wonderful time camping this past weekend. After struggling to find a good camping spot, we found a perfect location! The girls had a great time exploring the area, playing in the river, "fishing" (a.k.a casting), eating s'mores....and on and on. Thanks to Grandma and Papa for lending us their camper/van. It's nice to have a "home" while your camping...the girls loved the upper bed area, especially while they were hiding from the bear. Yup, a bear. We had a bear just feet away from our camper. Gracie spotted it first, followed by Shane realizing what he saw was a bear....as soon as Shane got the dogs in the camper, Ellie Bellie burst into tears, she was sure the bear was going to eat Daddy! Poor baby! The next day we had a moose glide by our camper....another great sight! All in all, it was a wonderful weekend.
