What a wonderful weekend! Busy busy and oh so tiring!
Friday night, we had a Easter egg hunt and BBQ with our neighbors.
The kids had a lot of fun, so did mommy and daddy!
Saturday, we took the girls to see Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D. Followed by a trip to the toy store to spend the money Grandma and Papa sent for Easter. We bought the girls an Edible Arrangement basket as part of their Easter present from us; it was waiting for us after the movie. The girls gobbled some up and we headed off for a yummy dinner at the White Fenced Farm with family (thank you Grandma D!)....then off to home for a little egg coloring!
Sunday morning, the Easter Bunny came. Ankara tried to wake us up at 1:30 (only an hour after we'd actually gone to bed after stuffing eggs...), because she spotted the Easter stuff on the table as she was coming from her room to ours to sneak into bed.
I convinced her to stay in bed till at least 6, plus the darn bunny needed help from us to hid eggs, so we woke up at 4:45 to get them done.
Thankfully it only takes a minute, and the girls waited till 7 to wake up again!
They had a great time looking for eggs and playing with the stuff the bunny brought.
Technically, today is our 6th anniversary, so after eggs and bunnies we had nice dinner out with the girls....
WOW!!!

Hey Easter week-end sounded great, better then ours. Congrat's on your ann. I can't keep track of only ours and it was just 62 years. The girls are growing way too fast! hugs to all G-Gramma
